What Steve offers
The six-week group course
A live, online course for adults working through loss, run in a small group and built on the STILL Method, a trauma-informed framework for understanding what happens in your body and mind after a bereavement, and building practical ways through it. One session a week for six weeks. £129 including VAT, paid in full at booking.
One-to-one coaching
The same six-week course, one-to-one with Steve, online wherever you are in the UK. Six hour-long sessions, one a week, £290 including VAT. Leave your details, Steve will get back to you, and you'll talk it through before anything is paid. We aim to start within a week of you getting in touch.
