For employers
Grief at work
When someone on your team is bereaved, they still have to come back to work, and their manager often doesn't know what to say. Manchester Grief Coach offers two simple ways for employers to help: a place on Life After Loss for the person who's grieving, and a practical briefing for the managers around them. Both are delivered online, anywhere in the UK.
A place on Life After Loss for your colleague
Life After Loss is a six-week grief coaching course with a clear shape and a clear finish. Each week has its own focus, and your colleague leaves with practical tools they've tried for themselves: grounding techniques for hard moments, a way to balance grieving with getting on with life, and one clear next step.
- In a small group: six live online sessions, one a week, about an hour each. £129 including VAT.
- One-to-one with Steve: the same six weeks, privately, at times that suit them. £290 including VAT.
You pay for the place; your colleague books a free chat with Steve first, to make sure the course is right for them. We ask that at least four months have passed since their loss.
What you'll hear back
What your colleague shares in the course stays between them and Steve. We don't report on progress or content, unless your colleague specifically asks us to do so. An attendance summary is usually issued at the end of the course.
